Welcome to Trampolining at County High
These few pages have been put together to help you get the most of the actual bouncing sessions you get. By checking here periodically you can ensure that we spend less time talking and more time bouncing. Please do read the resource notes carefully to see how you can improve, you can access them by clicking on the Resources link above.
If you are working on a specific programme then please also check the Progress section from time to time to see how you are doing. I particular - I will post written updates (other than the progress trackers) here.
